Once your order has been approved and the deposit has been paid our production team will begin the next steps. PLEASE DOUBLE....TRIPLE.... check ALL your sizes and quantities you are approving to ensure we have them in properly for production. General production time is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS once art is approved and deposit is paid.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
